Tides Hotel is located on the banks of Maitai River, in the centre of Nelson. It features a restaurant, a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi access. On-site parking is available. A very exciting decor throughout the facility. Modern paintings, walls were a splash of colour. Loved it! Our toilet seat was a riot of colour. So playful! The restaurant/bar was always open. Staff so helpful, especially Keri. Sitting outside by the river was great. Super location so close to all the shops.

Just a short walk away from Tahunanui Beach, The Beachcomber Hotel & Conference Centre offers free Wi-Fi and a solar-heated swimming pool. Nelson Airport is 3 km away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were treated very well. We had a room in the Lodge and loved it. The shower was great, and the kitchenette was well supplied. Lots of nice towels and our room was serviced when we wanted. There's a laundry for guests The view from our room was fantastic, overlooking a beautiful garden area as well as the soccer fields and the beach area. We were steps from 3 pubs, all a little different from each other, although we favored Smugglers because of its extensive options and a terrific lunch special. Close to everything anyone could need. Tahunanui Beach offers lots of activities for adults and children and only a short 5 to 10 minute walk away. Such a perfect location. Highly recommend staying here.

The location was great for accessing the city and further afield. Parking is easy. The room was cozy and warm and I really loved having the shared lounge and kitchen to use. The door code system was easy to use and felt very safe.
