Lovely and relaxing place to stay. We were warmly welcomed into a space that is comfortable and spacious. What I particularly liked was that there was attention given to details which may seem minor, but really do make a difference. Things such as having soft and fluffy towels, hot drink packets topped up daily, bathroom amenities and so forth. It is really convenient to the rest of the town, and is a great base for exploring the Catlins as the drive to various destinations is not too far and Owaka has a number of places to eat at. Definitely book in here!

It was like a model home. Beautifully furnished, clean, modern bathroom, plenty of tea and coffee, towels etc. The view from the apartment was stunning. We watched a sea lion on the beach one evening. We kept the curtains open at night so we could see the nighttime sky. It was just a short walk down to the beach. Wish we had stayed longer. Everything was perfect and even better than that.

Watch the waves roll onto the beach from your garden at this Kaka Point guest house. Free WiFi is also provided to show others the wonderful sea views from your accommodation. it was amazing from start to finish. beautiful property. Briefly met Mike and Jenny and they were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in the area and would highly recommend.

Seascape Accommodation has 3 modern apartments, all fitted with quality furnishings, free WiFi, a Smart TV and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen so far. It is very comfortable and I would totally recommend this place for all couples
